Cord Leshandon Moore/Stillwater Police Department STILLWATER, Okla. -- A well-known Stillwater supplier of fentanyl was arrested after a months-long investigation, Stillwater police announced. Cord Leshandon Moore, 29, is facing charges including racketeering and conspiracy to commit a felony after police say Moore is the largest fentanyl distributor to the City of Stillwater. Stillwater police worked with confidential informants and with the Payne County District Attorney's Office to help bring charges against Moore.
