Will Joyce STILLWATER – A 'Vision Forward' culture widely embraced in Stillwater is paying dividends for the Payne County community, Stillwater Mayor Will Joyce said recently in delivering a State of the City address to members and supporters of the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce. Among other recent successes in Stillwater, the mayor referenced voter passage of a $195 million school bond issue to build a new high school and upgrade other facilities in Stillwater Public Schools. Other positive developments mentioned in his speech included: • Stillwater Medical Center is set to complete a $30 million expansion of its surgical and women's health units.
