IT CREATES A LIST WHERE THERE ARE SOME OF THOSE BANKS THAT AREN'T GOING TO BE ABLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE STATE AND WITH POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS OF THE STATE, WHICH WOULD INCLUDE CITIES LIKE STILLWATER, A NEW OKLAHOMA LAW PROHIBITS CERTAIN BANKS FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH STATE GOVERNMENTS AND AGENCIES AND NOW IT'S IMPACTING THE CITY OF STILLWATER.
