PAYNE COUNTY Okla. — A 23-year-old man is dead following a motorcycle crash in Payne County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP). OHP said around 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, 23-year-old Isaias Cabrera of Long Beach, California was driving a motorcycle on OK-51, about three miles west of Stillwater. According to OHP, Cabrera was going at a high rate of speed and lost control of the motorcycle, leaving the road and hitting an embankment. Cabrera was then thrown off the motorcycle, OHP said. OHP said Cabrera was taken to Stillwater Hospital and then flown to a Tulsa hospital.
